FootJoy came to Studio Lab looking for a way to introduce their new ARCUS rainwear with visuals that matched the product’s premium performance. They needed a fully controlled environment where rain, dramatic lighting, slow-motion cinematography, and custom graphic backgrounds could work together to showcase the jacket’s protection, style, and technical design.

To bring the concept to life, the SWEVEN team engineered a custom 8′ × 8′ rain rig inside the studio, complete with a recirculating basin and on-demand water control to keep production safe and efficient. Combined with a high-speed camera, robotic camera motion, and Studio Lab’s LED volume, we captured every detail with precision while creating dynamic environments that would have been difficult to achieve outdoors.

The final commercial delivered striking slow-motion imagery of rain cascading across the ARCUS jacket, enhanced by cinematic lighting, atmospheric smoke, and immersive LED wall backgrounds. The result was a premium product launch film that highlighted the innovation behind FootJoy’s newest rainwear while creating a bold, memorable visual campaign.
